About
Hi! I’m Laura S. Urbina, a Spanish aerospace engineer PhD turned embroidery artist, now based in southern France. But before we talk about embroidery, let me take you to the stars.
Gazing up at the sky has always given me an incredible sense of freedom—a deep connection to something far greater than ourselves. Creating allows me to share what I see and feel through my scientific, precise, and accurate-to-the-millimeter perspective. It’s a way to express myself, to trust the process, and to keep moving forward.
Embroidery is the delicate art through which I bring this vision to life.
Trained at the prestigious École Lesage in Paris and Studio Eyral, I create bespoke haute couture embroidery, fine art, and exclusive designs for fashion, interiors, and collectors. Each piece reflects unmatched craftsmanship and timeless elegance—a universe stitched one thread at a time.
